Since 2009 I have had the oppurtunity to work at  several sporting events with Sporting Handz, a group of gifted and enthusiastic professionals offering services within the sporting community.

General Points:

- An intake procedure about  lifestyle and medical history and postural assesment at the first massage treatment. First treatment 1 and half hour.

- Patients will be asked to undress for full body massage treatments, but will be covered on the massage table with only the part to be massaged, exposed.

- Patients should rest afterwards to gain the full benefits of the massage treatment.

- For optimum results it is recommended that therapeutic massage forms a regular part of ones health maintenance programme.
